Meet Zoey! She is fully house-trained and behaves beautifully when left alone with free roam of the house. While she is incredibly playful and has a legendary "tooth smile" (it's a must see) she is also a very shy girl who needs time to adjust to new situations. Zoey is smaller than she looks, so charming, and deeply wants to connect with people, but you will need to earn her heart & trust through patience and high-value treats like cheese and chicken. <br/><br/>Zoey absolutely adores other dogs and relies heavily on them for confidence. Having a friendly, outgoing dog in her new home is highly recommended to help her feel secure. She is currently working on building trust so we can work on leash walking. A home with a secure, fenced yard is ideal while she continues her training. If you are a patient rescue lover who understands that the best bonds take a little time to bloom, Zoey will reward you with a lifetime of goofy smiles and loyalty.<br/><br/>Zoey is estimated to be two years old and 34 lbs. Since we dont know the dogs actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention.
