Zippy's Story

Meet Zippy! Zippy is currently under the care of Four Legs Good in Pomona. This sweet girl is in foster with kids, cats and dogs! <br/><br/>Shes like 6 pounds and about 13 years old. She is very docile, and pretty quiet for a Chihuahua! She was found wandering alone but never reclaimed. She is great with the other dogs, happy to be part of a pack. Her eyes are a little cloudy, but she can still see! Despite her missing teeth she eats wet and dry food like a champ! She largely uses a pee pad and walks nicely on a leash, but not for very long, because she gets tired, but then shes happy to be carried around or pulled in the wagon with foster brother Jinx. <br/><br/>If you are interested please contact Four Legs Good in Pomona

Real Dog Rescue, Inc. looks forward to helping you find your new best friend.   All of our dogs and puppies are vetted prior to adoption and receive the following care: General Health Exam Age appropriate vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella) Heartworm Test (Dogs Over 6 Months of Age) Microchip Spay/Neuter If interested in adopting, please submit an online application through our website at www.realdogrescue.org/adopt. Submitting a Petfinder inquiry will not submit an application on our website. In order to ensure that your application is submitted and received please complete the online application on our website. Adoption fees for puppies up to 1 year of age $500 Adoption fees for dogs over 1 year of age $400 Real Dog Rescue, Inc. currently works with a network of foster homes where our dogs and puppies reside.   Meet and greets are set up by appointment only.
