Ziggy's Story

Ziggy loves nothing more than human company and attention WITHOUT being overly demanding or cloying in any way. You can easily leave him to his own devices alone at home for hours without any problems. Ziggy is being rehomed due to a bite incident with the grandchild; it is unknown whether it was provoked or not. Because of this, Ziggy would do best with an older couple/person, a single person, or a home without children.

Schreiber Tails's Adoption Policy

The first step is to fill out an application, complete with vet and personal references. Once we receive that, we will reach out to schedule a brief video call to get to know more about the adopter, their home environment, what they're looking for in a dog, etc. If possible, we will arrange for the adopter to meet the dog in person. If we feel comfortable with the match, we will send over the contract for them to review. Once the contract is signed, we can accept payment and help facilitate transportation (if needed)
