Zeva! Lovely Lady!'s Story
Meet our super friendly gal named Zeva! Zeva is about 10 years old and she came to us after someone claimed they found her roaming in town. She is a tall girl who weighs about 65 lbs. Don't let Zeva's age fool you, she still has lots of life in her and she is such a happy girl! She is so happy to see us all the time that she gets "happy tail" in her kennel. This is when she hits her tail so hard into the kennel wall that it gets cut open. We would love to get Zeva into a home as soon as possible so this stops happening. She deserves a loving family to care for her! We know Zeva's age due to her having a microchip. Although we have called and emailed this person multiple times, they never got back to us about our girl. It's now our mission to find a much better home for Zeva! She is fine with other dogs and she can go to a home with children 10 years old and older who have experience with larger dogs.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to Zeva's age, we had a senior blood panel done on her. The only thing out of range was that her SDMA was up 1 point. We were told this means there is a possibility she has early stage kidney disease. The only recommendation was to keep her on a prescription kidney care food. We have now started her on this and she is doing fine.*

If you are interested in adopting Zeva Please Email us at Adopt@savingpawsct.org for an application! Her adoption fee is $75.00.
PLEASE CHECK YOU EMAIL SPAM FOLDER!

MAC IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK (M-F 8-4pm) (Sat-Sun 10-4pm) Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption.
