Zero's Story
Meet Zero, a super cute 3 month old male mixed breed puppy! Our best guess is lab/terrier mix, and we expect him to grow to a medium sized dog.

The Halloween litter sadly had a rough start, as their mom was shot and killed for going after the neighbor's chickens when her pups were just 1 week old. The orphaned litter of 7 puppies was taken into rescue and placed with our amazing TN neonatal foster mama, who did everything she could to give them a fighting chance. Sadly, 4 of the 7 babies did not make it, however the remaining 3 boys (Salem, Jack (O'Lantern), and Zero) have absolutely thrived! They have arrived in New England and are now ready to put their tragic pasts behind them and find furever homes of their own!

Zero is a typical happy, playful puppy who loves everyone! Good with dogs, cats, people, and kids. Young puppies are like blank slates who, with proper training and socialization, will grow into wonderful dogs. Zero is the most confident pup in the litter!

He is medically up to date (age appropriate), crate trained, and working on housebreaking. Apply to meet this sweet, special pup today!

Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt

Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding!
