Meet Zero
Meet Zero, the hero we never knew we needed. Named after the beloved character from Nightmare Before Christmas, Zero is an inspiration of a pup! His resilience never ceases to amaze us. Zero was dropped off at DACC after being found with a badly broken leg. He has since had the leg removed, making him the cutest little tripod around.
Zero is adjusting super well to his three-limb life. Hes a little shy at first, but that is to be expected since hes been through so much! He warms up quickly once he realizes youre not so scary.
Zero would likely do best in a calmer home given his shyness. Zero is dog friendly with calmer dogs and is anticipated to be cat-friendly (with slow and proper intros). He would probably do best in an adults-only home.
Zero is still coming out of his shell in his foster home. Hes finally started to play with toys and snuggle! Hes going to be a great companion, he just needs a little time and patience. He looks and feels like a little lamb.
Were still learning about Zero, but it seems like he is crate-trained, pad-trained and house-trained.
