Zena's Story
Meet Xena!

Xena is a 12-week-old mixed breed pup with a beautiful reddish coat and one seriously adorable feature: a tail that looks like it was dipped in ink!

This sweet girl is at the perfect age to start her next adventure and is ready to find a forever family to help her grow, learn, and fill her days with puppy fun, cuddles, and plenty of tail wags.

If Xena's unique little look has stolen your heart, she may be the girl for you!

Our adoption process is usually quick but may take up to two weeks. When you find an animal you are interested in, we ask that you fill out an application on our website, PawsUp4Rescue.org/adopting as a first step so we can determine if your family is a good fit for the animal. If you are, then we will contact you to arrange a time for you and your family to meet the animal so you can decide if it is a good fit. If you currently have dogs, we require them to be present at the meeting to ensure it's a good fit all around. Once compatibility is determined, we move on to the paperwork and finalize the adoption.

If the meet is not a good fit, we will keep your application on file for 6 months and will gladly consider your family for another dog.

Follow us on FACEBOOK: www.Facebook.com/PawsUp4RescueJoliet/
on INSTAGRAM: www.Instagram.com/PawsUp4RescueJoliet/
on TikTok: PawsUp4RescueJoliet
