Zeke's Story

Im Zeke, a 10-year-old, 20-pound long-haired Dachshund. I came into rescue with Molly (also available) when our beloved owner passed away. We were both clearly loved and taken care of our whole lives. Im laid back and just love to snuggle up and get cozy. I recently had a dental. I dont need to be placed with Zeke, but Save A Dog will give preference to an adopter who wants to take us both for a reduced adoption fee. Once we receive your application we will be in touch with the next steps. The adoption process is streamlined so please be ready. The first step is to fill out the Application, at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp. This should only take five minutes of your time. As we are a small shelter, we do not have drop-in hours at this time, but we work quickly to get you in for an appointment shortly after you fill out the application. We have a shelter store with all the supplies you may need, including food, harnesses, leashes, collars, crates, and bowls.
