What is Benld Adopt-A-Pet’s adoption process?

To adopt you must live within 100 miles of one of our adoption sites (Benld, O’Fallon or Springfield IL), and be at least 18 years of age. We require that you be physically present to make the final adoption arrangements. We also require that all cats be kept indoors, and that all dogs be kept or live indoors, with a secure fenced-in yard or pen for when they are outside, unless otherwise discussed and mutually agreed upon ahead of time. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may constitute sufficient grounds for our reclaiming the adopted animal. In order to adopt, you must first complete an Adoption Inquiry, and upon approval, an Adoption Agreement.

Zeke is not good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Zeke good with other animals?

Zeke is not good with other dogs and cats.

When can I meet Zeke?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Zeke?
