While I waited a long time to get here I am sure glad I did! It took me a while to warm up to my new surroundings but now I am loving all the Minnesota nature around me. I don't bark much but have no problem letting you know when I have to go outside. In fact, being outside and laying in the sun is my favorite place to be except when you let me snuggle by you. I love belly rubs & scratches. I am pretty chill but do get excited when watching the rabbits & squirrels at the back door. I am learning how to "sit" and follow other commands but treats really help. I am still learning how to go for walks but there is just so much to smell and see. My mom says I am "polite" & "low maintenance"...whatever that means. I know I like to take several naps a day and don't mind being left alone & can sleep in the kennel at night. It gives me my "Me time".
