She quickly learned a dog door and goes outside when she needs to. She is already fixed, up to date on all shots and health certified. She can spend time outside, but loves people so much, she would be lonesome without being able to come inside. Dr. Pepper loves to play with other dogs and puts up with cats. She probably had some history of mistreatment because she has a tendency to shy away when first meeting people, but once she sees affection from someone, she just loves it and the people that give her that positive attention.
