She was found running loose with another dog, happily splashing around with children at a local splash pad, but shelter life has shown us that Yue is still a very nervous young lady who needs time to feel safe and secure.<br/><br/>Yue is slowly beginning to come out of her shell, but new people and unfamiliar situations can still be scary for her. Because of this, we believe she would do best in a home with high school-aged children or older who can respect her space and help build her confidence at her own pace.<br/><br/>One thing that brings Yue comfort is having a canine companion around. She came in with another dog that she adores, and we think a friendly, confident dog in her future home could help show her that the world isn't such a scary place.<br/><br/>Yue is looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the time she needs to decompress and adjust to home life.
