Anxious in the crate but we are working on it every day (went from whining for a couple hours to only whining for 10 mins in just a couple of days!)<br/>Leash skills: walks slowly, no pulling, learning to walk in a straight direction <br/>Commands known (if any): working on ‘sit’ and picking up quickly!<br/><br/>🌞 Daily Life<br/>Typical day with you: wakes up when we wake up, quick potty outside, breaky, longer walk in afternoon (he’s even joined me for some work lunches!), hangout with foster sister, dinner, lots more snuggles, and bed time<br/>Exercise needs: he’s been doing great with 4-5 short walks a day. Sleeps amazing when one longer walk is included <br/>Favorite activities or toys: he’s a little confused when it comes to toys but so far has liked a rubber Kong ball and a plushy toy! Very gentle when giving the toys back <br/><br/>🌱 Growth Areas<br/>Anything they’re still working on? Crate training<br/>What helps them succeed? Very treat motivated<br/><br/>🏡 Ideal Home<br/>Only dog / With dog / Either: he would thrive as an only dog as he loves to be the center of attention but also gets along great with other dogs (would do great with a dog that loves to play with him)<br/>Good fit for apartment living? Someone who loves a good tv binge watching session on the couch and wants a buddy to binge with them! Someone who is okay with having a little shadow. Someone who encourages him with positive reinforcement and patience because he has SO much potential! <br/><br/>💙 Foster Note<br/><br/> I love that Yogi is always up for whatever the day brings! He is an easy going guy that can snuggle all day on the couch or entertain a group of people. He will make a great companion because he is so eager to please and genuinely LOVES people. I was surprised at how quickly he trusted me and my husband and adjusted to our lifestyle. After one night he was cool with sleeping in until almost 11am with us 😂<br/>Something else an adopter should know is this little guy loves his breakfast and dinner! He thrives with a consistent schedule. He isn’t comfortable going potty on the sidewalk yet, he prefers a grassy area. He is growing into his personality more and more everyday.
