Yodi's Story

Meet Yodi!
Yodi is a handsome little guy with a big personality! This approximately 2-year-old male weighs 16 pounds and came to Prairie Paws Rescue as a stray from an out-of-area pound. He could stand to gain a few pounds, but he's otherwise ready to find a family to call his own. He is a bit timid and shy when you first meet him and until he gets use to new people and surroundings.
Our best guess is that Yodi is a Chihuahua/Corgi mix—or as his foster mom likes to call him, a "Chorgi!" Whatever his breed mix, he's 100% adorable.
Yodi is full of energy and enthusiasm. He would thrive with an active family that enjoys walks, playtime, and including their dog in everyday adventures. One of his favorite things is seeing the leash come out—he gets so excited because he knows it's time for fun!
Like many rescue dogs, Yodi is still learning the ropes. He's working on potty training, and with his recent neuter, a consistent routine, and regular trips outside, he is making progress every day.
If you're looking for a fun-loving companion with plenty of personality, Yodi may be the perfect addition to your family. With patience, guidance, and lots of love, he'll reward you with loyalty, laughter, and endless tail wags.
Could Yodi be the missing piece of your family?
