Meet Yoda! 💚<br/><br/>Yoda and his eight siblings had a very rough start to life. At just 3 weeks old, the tiny puppies were abandoned in a bin outside the Kern County shelter. They were far too young to survive on their own and needed round the clock care, so we were incredibly grateful to be able to bring Yoda and two of his siblings into our rescue with an amazing foster and bottle feeder. The other puppies were also taken in by other rescue organizations, and thankfully, all nine babies were given the chance to grow up safe and loved.<br/><br/>Now, Yoda is thriving and has turned into the sweetest little puppy. We believe he and his siblings are rat, terrier mixes, but we are still waiting on the DNA test. While his brother Chewy is always ready to find the next adventure, Yoda is definitely the mellow one of the bunch. His favorite place in the world is in someone’s arms, and if you offered to carry him around all day, he would happily accept. <br/><br/>Yoda gets incredibly excited whenever his people walk into the room and immediately starts wagging his little tail. He loves following his puppy brother and sister around and is so gentle and sweet when they play together. He has the perfect balance of playful puppy energy and an affectionate, easygoing personality. We think he will be around 30 pounds full grown.<br/><br/>Yoda is looking for a family who will cherish his gentle nature, give him plenty of cuddles, and let him grow into the wonderful dog he is meant to be. After such a difficult beginning, this sweet boy deserves a lifetime filled with love, safety, soft places to nap, and as many snuggles as he can possibly get. <br/><br/>As always, our puppy adoption fee covers first round of puppy vaccines, rabies, microchip, and spay/neuter.
