🚨 YO KNOW YOU NEED ME! 🚨<br/><br/>It is our pleasure to introduce you to YO! This dapper older gentleman is looking for a forever home that can provide him with the most affection and love possible. Yo had had a rough end to 2025 when his owner who had him since he was a pup suddenly passed leading to much confusion and sadness. He is now 13 years old looking for a fresh start. He has many years of love to give, as dachshunds are known for their longevity with proper care and love! He gets around fabulously and likes to be outside when the weather is nice! He is mostly potty trained when kept on a schedule and taken outside when he wakes up. When he was first checked by the vet it was seen that Yo had a severe infection in his mouth which led to him now being practically toothless. He has common fistulas in his mouth that will be there the rest of his life due to the severity of the infection. He did repair those however they can sometimes open back up. They will not affect his quality of life in the slightest, but would need monitoring to be sure food doesn’t get stuck in them if they happen to open again. As of now they are holding strong! He is so sweet and grateful for any bit of attention he is given. His fosters state that his tail is always wagging for everyone and loves to be petted! Does someone have extra room in their heart and a spare comfy bed that needs occupying?!
