He’s tall and leggy, petite in size but big in personality — and absolutely ready for a fresh start rooted in stability and understanding.<br/><br/>Found originally as a stray, Xavior was quickly adopted, only to be returned soon after for barking and nipping. The adopter shared that this behavior came from frustration due to a lack of regular walks and outlets for his energy. Adopted again, Xavior was recently returned once more, this time simply because his adopter could no longer afford his care.<br/><br/>At that point, we stepped in.
