Wrinkles (New England)

Wrinkles is an adorable, curious and energetic boy. He loves attention and will follow his humans around the house. Wrinkles also loves to snuggle on his human’s lap. He likes to keep warm by being close to his humans and burrowing under blankets. Wrinkles likes toys, but loves to chew on Nylabones. He is bit preoccupied with food and will beg and scour the floors for any food remains. He is working on improving his manners around food like taking treats gently, waiting patiently for his meals and leaving his humans alone when they are eating. He can get a little vocal at the more exciting times of his day such as when his foster mom gets home from work and meal time, but he is otherwise quiet. He enjoys relaxing on the couch and other furniture. He is a great car passenger, as he is calm and relaxed on car rides. He is brushing up on his leash manners, because he can get excited when he sees interesting things on his walks such as bird, dogs, cats, humans, etc. He gets along fine with his foster brothers and sisters. Like most foster siblings he can get a little grumpy when others are interested in his toy or bone, which is typical of the Xolo breed. He enjoys sunbathing when the sun shines through the windows. He has a habit of pawing at humans and jumping up when he wants more attention. He is learning that those behaviors are not the way to get his foster mom’s attention. He loves when his foster mom is home hanging out with him and his foster siblings. This 5 year old boy is housetrained and just an all-around great guy! (Wrinkles is being fostered in New England)
