Woody's Story

Woody is a precious little terrier mix that came into rescue via a shelter in AL. He's estimated to be about 8 months old and only about 20 lbs. He's a sweet boy who loves to give kisses. He's an older puppy so he'll need a family that will give him daily exercise and play time and commit to all of the puppy things: potty, crate, leash, and basic commands training. As a puppy he'll need a family home more often than not to give him the attention a pup needs. He's currently in AL but will be coming to Maine in late February.

If you think you might be interested in adopting Woody or just want to get pre-approved to adopt through us, please fill out an application on our website. Woody is from Rescue Charlie's Friends

[Woolwich, ME]

Our Mission
Hi, I’m Charlie. This dog rescue organization is named after me. My sister and I were in cages, sleeping on a cold concrete floor and getting lousy food. It was crowded, dirty, very scary and they had to make room because more dogs were coming. If we hadn’t been rescued, things would not have ended well for us. Some...
