WOODY's Story

My friends describe me as: Affectionate, curious and playful! MEET WOODY! Woody was the only boy in his litter and has grown up surrounded by sisters, and has learned to be extra adorable when demanding attention! If he isn't standing and staring at you, he'll take a nice comfy seat and stare until you shower him with love, he won't take no for an answer! He is always the first to run up to greet you and we know in his new home he will quickly become your best friend! He will need to be taught all of the puppy basics. Woody is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Woody or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston's Adoption Policy

We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
