Woodie's Story

Woodie is an adorable and funny little guy with personality plus! He is smart, observant and attentive, and super playful. He loves playing with his toys and siblings, watching our 2 older dogs, and greeting our 2 cats face to face through the pen gate.

Woodie is a good snuggler when we can catch him, for his favorite game is coming to us for pets, then scooting back to where we can't reach him - over and over again. He will have his bursts of playful energy then hops like a rabbit onto the pillow and promptly falls asleep. He sleeps all night in the crate without a peep and greets us with tail wags and happy hops in the morning. He loves food and treats and can be a little selfish with his food bowl. He moves his whole body into his siblings if they try to get into his food. He also likes to check out the other bowls in case they have something better.

Willie was born Nov 2025 and is working on potty training. This little boy will probably be the first of the litter to be trained; he lets out a little bark, then circles around on the pad getting in position to do his business.

All puppies are in foster care and are not located in our office. Since all of our puppies are held in private foster homes, we look to have an approved application prior to sending someone to a private residence. If you are interested in adoption, please complete an application. Online applications are located on our H.O.P.E website @ www.hopesafehouse.org.

Upon approval of your application, we will contact you with the foster home phone number to arrange a meet and greet. There is no cost or obligation to apply.

*Basic obedience training classes are required for all puppies at an approved certified training facility of your choice. H.O.P.E. pays $50.00 towards the overall cost of classes. You will be required to leave a $100.00 deposit for training at time of adoption. This deposit is 100% refundable after completing the basic obedience class.

All puppies will be up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neutered*, microchipped and a 30-day health certificate. *If they are too young to be altered, the fee includes spay/neutered at one of our preferred clinics All pets have a lifetime return policy.

Thank you for your interest.
