Wolfie is 1.5 years old brindle Plott hound mix with a huge personality an even bigger love for water! This active, playful boy loves adventures and would thrive with someone who enjoys getting outside and staying active,<br/><br/>Wolfife came to the shelter as a stray and has now spent over 6 months waiting for his chance to experience life in a home. Because he has been in the shelter for so long, he needs a patient foster/adopter who is willing to help him work on his puppy behaviors and basic manners. Once he adjusts to your home roune, he is going to be a great companion. He is incredibly smart, eager to learn and very food-motivated. <br/><br/>He has been friendly with the dogs he has met and is actually a little afraid of cats. <br/><br/>Please reach out if you are interested in meeting Wolfie.

Desert Haven Sanctuary's Adoption Policy
We do meet and greet, and then application, and then home check. If all goes well, we will collect the adoption fee and have them sign the adoption contract and we will release the dog and the medical history to the adopter.
