After spending her early years being used for breeding, she is finally getting the chance to simply be a beloved family dog, and she has embraced it wholeheartedly.<br/><br/>Since coming into foster care, Winter has adjusted incredibly well to living in a home. She is house-trained, crate-trained, but does well outside of the crate as well. Winter is incredibly sweet, and loves being around her people. She is affectionate, gentle, and has blossomed into a happy, playful girl. She has also made wonderful progress with other dogs and now enjoys running, playing, and sharing her space with canine companions.<br/><br/>Like all Samoyeds, Winter will thrive with a family that understands the breed’s needs. Samoyeds are intelligent, active dogs that require regular physical exercise and plenty of mental enrichment to stay happy. They are known for being social, people-oriented dogs, but they can also have an independent streak. Ongoing basic training, consistency, and positive guidance will help Winter continue to build confidence and become the amazing companion we know she can be. Samoyed's do require a lot of brushing and grooming to maintain their beautiful coat!<br/><br/>Winter has already come so far, and now she’s looking for a family who will give her the love, patience, and commitment she has always deserved. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, affectionate companion with a heart as beautiful as her snowy white coat.<br/><br/>Winter has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested, and additionally, Winter has been on monthly preventatives.
