Winter's Story

Meet Winter

At just 6 months old, Winter has already overcome more than most dogs ever should.

She was found wandering an apartment complex with other strays, trying to survive on her own. Somewhere along the way this brave little girl suffered injuries ... a broken tail, a broken back foot, and the loss of a toe. Our veterinarians believe these happened when she was very young.

But here's the amazing part...

Winter's spirit was never broken.

Today she's safe, fully vetted, gaining weight, and growing like a weed. She's learning crate training and potty training, loves other dogs, and is a wiggly little sweetheart who just wants to be loved.

And as you can see... she's also got a fun and silly side. Sweaters, tutus, couch cuddles and she's ready for it all.

Winter doesn't let her past define her. She's proof that resilience comes in the smallest packages.

Now all she needs is the one thing she's never truly had...

A family of her own.
