Meet Winter!<br/><br/>Winter is an absolutely precious 8 year old Shih Tzu weighing around 13 pounds, and this sweet little lady is ready to experience the wonderful life she’s always deserved! She’s incredibly gentle, loving, easygoing, and just an all-around wonderful girl who has so much love to give.<br/><br/>Sadly, Winter came to us as a breeder release, meaning she spent her entire life being used for breeding rather than getting to experience what it truly means to be someone’s beloved family member. For eight long years, she missed out on so many of the simple joys that every dog deserves. But despite her past, Winter has the sweetest personality and is already showing just how much she loves being part of a family. She’s ready to leave that chapter behind and spend the rest of her life being loved, spoiled, and cherished!<br/><br/>Winter absolutely adores being near her people! She’s the kind of little girl who will happily follow you around the house just to be close to you. She especially loves cuddling up beside her humans on the couch, enjoying some affection, and simply relaxing together. She’s not an overly demanding or high-energy dog. In fact, she’s quite the opposite! Winter is calm, friendly, and wonderfully easygoing, making her such a lovely little companion.<br/><br/>Winter has also been doing great in her foster home! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has been good with cats, too. She’s comfortable going into her crate at nighttime and sleeps well in it. As far as potty habits go, she uses a doggy door and will also use pee pads inside the home. She’s such a good little girl who is adjusting beautifully to the comforts of home life. A loving family willing to continue giving her patience, consistency, and reassurance as she experiences new things would be absolutely wonderful.<br/><br/>Winter is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and will have her health certificate prior to adoption. After spending eight years giving so much of herself, it’s finally Winter’s turn to have a family who gives everything back to her.
