He knows basic commands like “sit,” is very food motivated, and is eager to learn more when treats are involved. Outside, he loves chasing a ball or roping you into a game of tug-of-war. He's doing well on walks, though like many young dogs he can still pull on the leash from time to time.<br/><br/>Winston gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is doing great in his foster home with cats — mostly ignoring them, with the occasional playful invite he backs off from if they're not interested. He's fantastic with kids and adults too. At 1.5, he's still in his goofy teenage phase and can get a little too excited, but a quick reminder is all he needs to settle down.<br/><br/>Active or laid-back, Winston is happy to match your pace — full of energy for adventures, but just as content cuddled up for a quiet evening.
