Winston in NE's Story
The adoption process starts with an Online Adoption Application you can find at 'https://www.adoptaboston.com/adoption-application.
Phone interviews do not take place til after an approved application is on file and we have a possible match for your home

My name is Winston. I am 1 year old and weigh 21 pounds. My owner fell ill and no longer could care for me. I am being fostered in Omaha, NE.

I’m basically a professional joy-spreader. I’m energetic, curious, playful, and always happy, whether I’m zooming around, investigating something new, or playing with as many toys as I can, all at once like I invented the game.

I’ve got a lot of confidence packed into my little tuxedo body, but I’m also pretty easy-going and super loving. When playtime is over, my favorite thing in the world is cuddling up with my people and soaking up all the affection I can get.

I’m potty trained and doing great, though I’m still learning the best way to tell you when I need to go outside (I promise I’m trying!). I’m also still learning boundaries, but overall I do really well with other dogs and enjoy having furry friends to play with.

I’m a happy, affectionate, slightly rambunctious guy who would love a home that’s ready for fun, snuggles, and helping me keep learning as I grow. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who will make you smile every single day, I might just be your guy!

Here's a little more about me:
Housetrained? Yes
Leash-trained? Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.

MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.

MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.

If you are Interested in Adoption please complete our online adoption application at 'https://www.adoptaboston.com/adoption-application

Petfinder's form is NOT our application.
