The shelter is currently evaluating whether we can cover the cost of surgery. If approved, the procedure will be performed at no cost to his adopter. If not approved, a rescue or adopter would need to cover the surgery, which is estimated at around $3,500. Aside from this, Winston is healthy and up to date on his vaccines.
