Come Meet Winston! Winston will be available to meet and greet at Open House Monday August 3rd from 3-5pm at 106 Adams St Medfield MA. This adorable black and tan guy is part of the 5 pup "W" litter of hound mix puppies and he's ready to find his forever home!<br/><br/>At 18 weeks he was 17 lbs- new age and weight t.b.d These pups are at a perfect age to bond with a new family and continue growing into loyal, loving companions. They were found as strays but have quickly shown how resilient and affectionate they are.<br/><br/>Each puppy is already crate trained, making the transition into a new home easier. They are currently working on leash skills and house training, and with a bit of consistency and patience, they'll continue to make great progress.<br/><br/>These pups are being socialized with both other dogs and people, making them friendly, curious, and eager to connect. Their hound mix heritage means they're likely to be smart, active, and enjoy exploring—perfect for families or individuals who love spending time outdoors.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and adaptable companion, and have the time and patience to train and play with a puppy, one of these pups could be the perfect addition to your family. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area.<br/><br/>If you wish to adopt our dogs, please complete an online APPLICATION. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.<br/><br/>All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.<br/>Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.<br/>Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.<br/><br/>Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.<br/>Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.<br/>Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.<br/><br/>Also, please note our open houses which occur most every week at foreverhomerescue.org. You can see when we are open and also which dogs will be at each open house. Dogs marked 'out of town' will not usually be at open houses until they are local.
