After a month of searches for his original owner, Little Tiger Rescue surrendered him to us.<br/><br/><br/>FACTS:<br/><br/>- He is 2 years old<br/>- All his vaccines are up-to-date<br/>- Walks on a leash but is a zig-zagger.
