Wilson is a 7-year-old Labradoodle who is looking for a fresh start and a family willing to give him the time he needs to settle in and shine.<br/>Like many dogs, Wilson takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once you've earned his trust, you'll discover a loyal companion who absolutely loves to cuddle. He's the kind of dog who forms strong bonds and enjoys simply being close to his people.<br/><br/>Wilson walks nicely on a leash and has great potential to enjoy even more adventures. A little extra exercise would do him good, as he is already over 100 pounds and we think hell appreciate an owner who enjoys daily walks and helping him stay active.<br/><br/>He has lived with other dogs before and tends to be the alpha of the group, so any potential canine companions should be a good match for his personality. He's never been around cats, so we aren't sure how he'd do in a home with felines. Because of his size and because he appreciates his personal space while adjusting, we feel Wilson would do best in a home with older children.<br/>Wilson is currently completing his quarantine period and will be with us for about 10 more days before he's ready to head home.
