This active, playful boy is always ready for his next adventure...whatever that may be; a game of fetch with his favorite kid, a splash in the water, or a full-on zoomie session around the yard. If you're looking for a dog who will keep you laughing and on your toes, Winston is your guy.<br/><br/>Winston absolutely thrives on playtime and wants a fur-ever home with another energetic dog to keep him company and help burn off all that playful energy. This smart boy has a silly streak a mile wide; he loves to play “keep away” and will proudly parade his toys around, hoping you'll join in the chase. He adores kids and does wonderfully with other dogs, happily showing off his goofy, good-natured personality to everyone he meets. (He hasn't been around cats, so we aren't sure about that, yet.)<br/><br/>Winston says YES to all treats. Which makes training a fun and rewarding experience. The good news? Winston already has a great foundation because he's house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. So keep up is daily learning to build a wonderful young, adult dog with amazing manners!<br/><br/>Because of his athleticism and enthusiasm, Winston would do best in a home with a fenced (5ft+) yard where he can safely run and play. He can be quite the jumper when he's feeling determined, so a secure setup and supervision are important to keep him safe and happy.<br/><br/>And while Winston is known for his high-energy antics, he does have a softer side too. Every now and then, he'll slow things down, plop right on top of you, and shower you with kisses and paw taps just to remind you how much he loves you. It's the perfect balance of spunky and sweet.
