Winslow (UT)

Winslow is a handsome 2-3 year old boy waiting in the Salt Lake City area for a new home after being abandoned in a rural area by his previous owners. Despite it all Winslow has emerged as a happy, confident, and incredibly loving pup. Winslow is the kind of dog that fits beautifully into everyday life. He's an excellent adventure buddy that loves hikes and long walks, but is just as content playing in the yard or curling up for a cozy snuggle. Winslow is reliably housetrained, knows how to use a dog door, and has great manners around the house. He is working on cratetraining. Social and easygoing, Winslow plays well with everyone and he's curious but gentle with cats. In good weight a 61 lbs, he walks nicely on leash and while he will bark occasionally, he's generally a quiet companion. Smart and eager to please, Winslow already knows basic commands and is highly food-motivated, making further training fun and rewarding. He has a playful, energetic side, but he also settles down quickly and knows how to relax. Winslow is truly the best of both worlds: active, affectionate, and adaptable.
