Winslet

Winslet is named after the beautiful Titanic movie character, Kate Winslet, because of her beautiful red hair! She arrived to us in Oregon from Oklahoma with the hopes of better chances of finding a loving home.

- Approximately 3.5 months old

- 14.6 pounds on 9/17/26

- Possibly an Australian Cattle Dog mix. She has the most beautiful black eyeliner and is such a pretty puppy with her red ticking.

- Great with other dogs

- Good with cats and is fostered with them

- Friendly, social and loving to all people

- On the lower to medium energy side for a puppy. She's playful but not too crazy rowdy. Her foster family in Oklahoma remarked that their resident dogs who usually aren't jazzed about puppies, adored Winslet because she is a lower-key puppy.

- Crate trained and will sleep in her crate at night or can be trusted out on a dog bed at night.

- Doing well with her potty habits but she's still very young and will need supervision and a regular schedule as she transitions into a new home.

Winslet has had two rounds of puppy vaccines, a rabies and Bordetella vaccine, multiple rounds of dewormer and is current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery at our partner vet's office in SW Portland when she is between 7-12 months of age. We like to give our young puppies time to have their growth hormones longer so they can hopefully be healthier and well-developed adult dogs. It also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Milwaukie, Tualatin or Portland.

$400 adoption fee

Fostered in Molalla, Oregon

COMPLETE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE FOR WINSLET: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG
