In fact, her foster family affectionately calls her "La Nona," as in a sweet Italian grandma. While she is NOT grandma-aged — she is a young, active adult! — she is like a grandma in personality. She likes things the way she likes them and has clear opinions about who she adores the most. If you're one of her favorites, all she wants is to spend the day snuggled on the couch with you or sharing your pillow. When she's not in cuddle mode, she loves to zoom around the yard or the block, and is the happiest tippy tapper sweet girl in the world.<br/><br/>Winona would love a home where she can nap wherever she pleases, patrol the backyard as a master squirrel chaser, and lead the neighborhood watch on daily walks. She currently shares a foster home with two large resident dogs and does very well, but would prefer a home where she is your number one or can be paired with a low-energy pup. She would also appreciate a comfy space like an open crate or a doggy bed where she can rest and relax, although she does not enjoy being enclosed in a crate.
