Winny's Story

FAST FACTS:
* 2 Years Old & 44lbs
* Dog Friendly
* Potty Trained
* Crate Trained

Winny is a 2-year-old, 44 lb sweetheart who recently came to Fetching Tails Foundation after her family had to move into an apartment and couldn’t bring her along. While it wasn’t the change she would have chosen, you’d never know it from her attitude. From the moment she arrived, Winny has been calm, friendly, and ready to make new friends—and she did just that immediately.

Winny is the kind of dog who simply fits into any home and has zero accidents with us. She has an easygoing, gentle personality and gets along beautifully with every dog she meets. Truly dog-friendly with all dogs, she happily shares her toys, enjoys being part of the group, and brings a peaceful, positive energy wherever she goes.

She also loves attention from her humans and is just as wonderful on walks. Winny is relaxed on leash, easy to handle, and stays unbothered by the dogs, people, and animals she passes along the way. She takes everything in stride with a calm confidence that makes spending time with her effortless.

At 44 pounds, Winny is that perfect in-between size so many people are looking for—big enough to join you on hikes, adventures, and outdoor fun, but still completely manageable at home and easy to snuggle up with at the end of the day.

Winny is the total package: sweet, steady, social, and ready to bring her calm, loving energy to a foster or forever home. She’s already proven she can make herself right at home—now she’s just waiting for the family lucky enough to call her theirs.

If interested in adopting me please fill out an application on our website at www.fetchingtailsfoundation.org; please make sure you fill in every required field/question or your submission will not go through.
