Winnie Mae's Story

Hi, I’m Winnie Mae! I’m a 3-year-old female American Bulldog mix weighing about 60 pounds, and I truly am one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. When you take me out, I don’t wander off or get distracted — I just want to be right by your side. I’ve done absolutely amazing with all the dogs I’ve met, no matter their size or age. I love everyone I meet and have also done wonderful with kids and all of the rescue staff.

I have a very steady, loving temperament and take everything in stride. I’m not much of a toy chewer, but I am very treat-motivated, which makes me eager to learn and easy to work with. Whether it’s going for daily walks or brushing up on basic commands, I’m happy to be engaged with my people. I truly just enjoy being included in whatever you’re doing.

I think I’d do beautifully in a home that enjoys daily walks, but I’d be just as content lounging on the couch for a cozy night in. I’m fully vetted — spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, on heartworm prevention, microchipped, and current on flea/tick prevention — and ready to find my forever family.

Please apply to adopt me here:
https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/63adcb00cb896f59b74103d2/69a23a2fbb22c3efda0b177c

———

If interested, please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder.
