Winnie

Meet Winnie - the mushiest lover girl!

Winnie is a 2-4 year old lab/pit mix with the cutest ears that flop right atop her head. She has a beautiful black coat, gorgeous chestnut colored eyes, and weighs about 65 lbs.

She arrived in NJ with her 10 day old puppies and did an amazing job taking care of them until they found their forever families - now it’s Winnie’s turn!

Winnie has a very loving and gentle temperament. She loves humans and will sit right on your foot or gladly melt into your lap. She is very smart and trainable and is extremely food motivated. She walks well on leash, loves to wander around a fenced in yard, and rides calmly in the car. She would make an excellent companion for hikes, errands, and snuggles on the couch.

Winnie coexists with other dogs without any issues. She hasn’t engaged in play yet, but we’re hoping now that her puppies have left she will open up with the other dogs more. She also ignores the cats in her foster home.

She is fully housebroken, sleeps in a crate through the night, and is perfectly content to lounge during the day. She is a very well mannered and easy dog to care for and adore. She is microchipped and utd on vaccines and will be spayed soon.

If you are looking for an active companion to be your best sidekick, then apply for Winnie today!
