She loves to run zoomies and chase other dogs, but is able to disengage and settle after some initial excitement. Winnie would do best in a more active home, with a securely fenced yard, that can provide her some guidance and outlets for her enthusiasm. On leash she can bounce and pull at first, but does improve during the walk. She can be excitable in confined spaces and has a tendency to jump when excited.
