Beautiful Winneka joins the ranks of our Maine dogs, coming all the way from Texas. Her foster says that she hasn't had any accidents in the house and appears potty trained (although we always expect a few accidents when in a new home) and is working on leash manners. This is to be expected as she's lived most of her hoping life in the shelter and its likely all new to her. She loves toys and already knows the sit command. She's a little possessive of the human in the home with the other dog but this is likely due to transport stress and can be corrected. She is good with the five-year old human in the home. She's estimated to be four months old and a Lab-Shepherd mix.
