Wink was a little wary of the never before visited bark park filled with thousands of invisible scents and lots of room to roam. The human let Wink settle in for a couple of minutes and then. unbeknownst to Wink, invited her to follow by nonchalantly walking away toward the opposite side of the yard. Canine curiosity or just not feeling any pressure to perform worked wonderfully and Wink strolled along a few paces behind the human. We are not sure how Wink lost her left eye but she navigates perfectly with her right eyesight. The human launched a colorful squeaky over Winks head and although she wasn't interested in a chase down, she closely followed the trajectory every inch of its flight. Wink gets along wonderfully with other canines and humans of all descriptions. Seven-year-old Wink is a quiet, mellow-natured, whatever happens, happens Labrador Retriever, with a go-with-the-flow vibe. Check her out at the Humane Society for Animals in Rogers, AR.
