While her sister was picked up by Animal Care Services, Windy ran off and was later found soaked and trembling after a flash flood. The next morning, she returned to the office, frozen in fear. Her foster scooped her up, and she hasn’t looked back.<br/><br/>Everything was new to her—collars, leashes, going potty outside—but she’s adapted beautifully. Windy is house trained, gets the zoomies after potty breaks, and gives the best kisses. She adores belly rubs and has become fast friends with her foster’s dog.<br/><br/>Windy is looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue building trust and sharing her silly, affectionate side.
