WILLOW is a 3 year old, 16lb Pomeranian mixed with Chihuahua. <br/><br/>She was found running around loose on 5th Ave. with another dog when a retired cop scooped them up, contacted us and the rest is history! Willow has been fully vetted and is living in a foster home in NYC with other dogs and cats. <br/><br/>Willow is very sweet and definitely knows what she wants. She can be a little timid when first meeting someone new but give her a treat and she’ll be your bff. <br/><br/>While she is good with other dogs she is a cat chaser so she cannot go to a home with kitties. <br/><br/>Willow would do best in a low key home in a quieter area, as she needs to learn some leash manners and the busy city on a leash has proved challenging for her.
