Willow's Story

Meet Willow!

Willow is a 1 year old Red Heeler mix with a gentle soul and a sweet personality. This pretty girl can be a little timid when meeting new people and experiencing new situations, but with a little patience and kindness, she blossoms into a loyal companion.

Willow is crate trained, walks on a leash, and is currently working on her potty training skills. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a confident canine friend to help show her the ropes. She has not been tested with cats.

Because of her shy nature(she’s not that bad), Willow would do best in a home with older children who can respect her need for time and space while she settles in, or in an adult only home. Once she feels safe, Willow’s sweet and loving personality shines through.

If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal friend and are willing to give her the time she needs to build confidence, Willow may be the perfect addition to your family. She’s ready to find a patient home where she can continue learning, growing, and being loved.

Submit an application at Hdrescueoregon.com. $400 adoption fee.
