Willow's Story

Meet Willow! Isn't she a pretty girl? It's hard to believe someone would abandon her. Her eyes are beautiful! Willow can be a little shy at first, but as you can see by the pics, once she warms up, it's all smiles and belly rubs! lol She gets playful and silly...just has so much love to give! :) She's very affection and would make an amazing companion if given the chance to shine! :)

Willow seems to be just fine with cats, doesn't really pay them any mind, and as far as canine companions, she does great with the ones here at the rescue...until she starts annoying them! lol She loves to play with toys and wrestle around with the dogs, sometimes when they are done playing and ready for a nap, she's still at them to go another round! lol Sometimes they don't like that and will let her know, then she stands down...if she's too excited and doesn't leave them alone right away, it's easy to correct her, she listens well...just tell her no and throw her a ball, works every time! :)

Willow is such a sweet girl, hopefully we can find her a place to call home soon!

If you feel Willow may be a good match for your family, please visit our website to fill out our adoption application, that'll get the ball rolling! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us, we look forward to hearing from you!

Dog Gone Rescue's Adoption Policy
Thank you for choosing to adopt from Dog Gone Rescue! We are a foster based rescue, hoping to have a building in near future, but until then, we have wonderful foster families that help us care for the furkids until their adopted. In order to meet and hopefully adopt one of our animals, you'll need to visit our website at, www.doggonerescue.com, to fill out Adoption Application. Once we've processed your application, if your family is determined to be a good match, we'll move forward on setting up a meet-n-greet. If all goes well at the meeting, we'll finalize the adoption at that time and you can take your new furry family member home with you! All of our animals up for adoption are: Spayed/Neutered (unless too young), heart worm tested (FIV/Leuk tested for cats), microchipped, flea treated and of course current on all vaccinations. We strive to make sure we adopt out healthy furkids! Our Adoption Fees are: Dog/Puppies - $200 Cats/Kittens - $75/$50 We require all Adopters that have current pets to have them current on shots and fixed, thanks!
