Our adoption policies are designed to ensure each dog is placed in a safe, stable, and appropriate home. Potential adopters are required to complete an adoption application, followed by a phone screening to discuss lifestyle, expectations, and the dog’s needs. Once approved, adopters with existing pets participate in a meet-and-greet to ensure compatibility. A home visit is then conducted to confirm the environment is safe and suitable and that the placement will be a good long-term fit for both the dog and the adopter.
