Willow and River's Story

These two dogs, Willow and River, have been through unimaginable cruelty and neglect. They were discarded in the woods by their breeder, who had no use for them anymore. River was lucky enough to be rescued and brought to a shelter, but Willow was left behind while pregnant with eight dead fetuses inside of her. Her body was so damaged from being bred repeatedly that she had to undergo a hysterectomy. Despite all of this, their love for each other remains unbreakable. They rely on each other for survival and are the most gentle and loving dogs one could ever meet.
