Willow is a 5 year old shepherd looking for a loving caring forever home. She came in as a stray on July 31st. She was very underweight and fearful at the time. She is sad. You can tell by her appearance and her demeanor that life has not been kind to her. This beautiful girl deserves to be treated like a princess. They are offering to cover the costs of the first round of training to any dog adopted from the pound.
