Willow's Story

Willow is a 1-year-old possible Ridgeback/shepherd mix with a sweet and playful personality. This girl still has big puppy energy and would love to learn a few tricks. She is a bit stressed and is becoming dog selective, however out in the play yard she enjoys having a playful canine companion. Cats, however, are still a bit of a question mark for her, so a slow and thoughtful introduction would be best.

Willow has that classic young-dog energy and enjoys staying active, but she also has a softer side and settles nicely once shes had a chance to burn some energy. One thing to know about Willow is that she isnt a big fan of kennel time and tends to whine and cry when confined. But once shes out and with her people, shes a completely different dog: happy, affectionate, and eager to be part of whatever youre doing.

As a larger girl, Willow is still working on her leash manners and can pull when she gets excited, but shes already making progress and will continue to improve with consistency and guidance.

Willow would thrive in a home that can give her the structure, exercise, and love she deserves. In return, shell give you endless affection, loyal companionship, and plenty of joyful moments.

Ready to meet your new best friend? Willow is waiting
