Willard's Story

HI! I am Willard, affectionately known to the staff here as Willie or Squillard. I had an injury to my back left leg, and had hip surgery to help fix it, and I am finally ready to find my new family! The shelter people will show you what exercises to do to help me continue to heal, and I am really great during them, so I can get back to nice, long walks. I don't enjoy being alone, and I sing a beautifully tragic ballad when left for too long.

I am an incredible companion - I am affectionate, gentle, and goofy. I LOVE other dogs and have shown to be just fine around cats. I just assume everyone and everything is my best friend.
